Allurity acquires CSIS Security Group

We have assisted Allurity, backed by impact investor Trill Impact, in connection with its acquisition of CSIS Security Group, a leading provider of advanced cybersecurity protecting some of the world’s largest enterprise organisations and law enforcement agencies (including the FBI, NCA and Europol). CSIS mitigates security risk with a range of preventative security products, as well as with incident response and managed security services.

The deal is another highlight for our strong M&A expertise within the technology sector.

Signing occurred on 16 September 2022 and Closing took place on 7 October 2022.
