Yesim Victoria Dogan

She offers advice on regulatory issues to a multitude of financial sector firms and has particular knowledge of the rules governing asset managers (in particular managers of investment companies, alternative investment funds and investment management companies) and the rules on investor protection which must be observed by such managers.

Yesim also assists clients in assessing whether their business models require a licence from the Danish Financial Supervisory Authority and, if so, in drafting the relevant applications.

Finally, Yesim provides advice on branch establishment and cross-border activities, including notification of marketing of UCITS and alternative investment funds.
