Practice areas
Victor Ditlev Kunde advises on all aspects of competition law with particular focus on merger control, competition law agreements, and abuse of dominance.
He also assists clients in relation to Foreign Direct Investments, in particular the question whether they have a duty of notification, and, if applicable, guides them through the notification process.
Furthermore, Victor assists the associates in the team in cases involving State aid and procurement law.
As a former company and commercial law adviser, he builds on the experience gained in this role.
