Troels Victor Hørlyck Bech

Troels assists Danish and foreign clients in legal issues related to real estate and construction law. In particular, he advises on real-estate transactions and assists clients with negotiating and drafting business lease agreements, representing either landlord or tenants. Furthermore, through his legal work, he has gained a solid and broad knowledge of the legal and regulatory framework of owners' associations.  

Finally, through his work in PwC's corporate tax department, Troels has developed considerable practical experience within the tax issues associated with corporate reorganisation and succession planning.
