Thomas Wernblad Hansen

Thomas advises on all stages of an outsourcing process: from the customer’s initial considerations and drafting of the contract to selection of potential suppliers and the final negotiations.

Over the years, Thomas has been involved in some of the largest outsourcing projects in Denmark and gained valuable insight into current market standards - not only from a legal, but also from commercial and technical perspectives.

Thomas has particular experience in providing outsourcing advice to financial undertakings and has therefore outstanding knowledge of the specific rules that apply in this respect. Thomas is the author of several articles in this area.

Thomas also helps clients in the drafting of other types of IT and technology contracts, including agreements for the purchase of IT-systems or consulting services as well as license agreements. This work has furthermore given him deep insight into the data privacy and procurement law rules.

Thomas was previously member of Kromann Reumert's banking and financing law group, advising clients primarily on acquisition finance.
