Stina Toftager Rasmussen

Stina offers a wide variety of marketing and consumer law services, including in relation to the rules on targeted digital marketing, competitions, use of influencers, misleading marketing, social media marketing, loyalty concepts, price marketing, and online sales.

Stina provides a broad spectrum of legal services from compliance advice to advice in regulatory, civil and criminal proceedings, including cases referred to the Danish Consumer Ombudsman, which involve, inter alia, the preparation of responses to consultation papers and strategic advice.

Her experience also includes sale of goods and consumer law issues – in particular in relation to the disclosure obligations in the Danish Consumer Contracts Act, obligations of web shops, use of guarantees, and review of business terms.

Finally, Stina offers advice on product imitations and design rights, copyrights and trademark rights.
