Peter Kirkehei Qvist
Peter Kirkehei Qvist advises on finance law transactions with a specific focus on debt capital markets and acquisition financing, as well as regulatory matters affecting financial institutions.
Peter advises Danish and international issuers and market players on all aspects of debt capital market transactions. Peter has particular expertise and experience in capital structures of banks, mortgage credit institutions and insurance companies as well as regulatory capital issuance. Peter has published several articles in legal journals on these topics and, in addition, advises on regulatory matters affecting financial institutions.
Besides, Peter advises lenders and borrowers on finance law issues and transactions, focusing particularly on acquisition financing.
Finally, Peter has extensive experience in the regulation of alternative investment funds and other collective investment schemes.
