Practice areas
Morten advises Danish and international lenders and borrowers on all types of loan finance, with a particular focus on acquisition finance, real estate finance and operating credit facilities/capital call lines.
He is also an experienced adviser on general company law, property law and the law of mortgages and pledges.
Morten also serves as Kromann Reumert’s knowledge ambassador in the field of banking and finance. As such, he is responsible for promoting the sharing of knowledge of the field, both internally within our organisation and with the outside world.
