Mette Møller Pedersen

Mette advises on a broad range of IP law issues, including in particular issues relating to product imitations, copyright, trademarks and design protection. Mette also offers advice on various marketing law and consumer law issues, including price marketing, misleading marketing, marketing on social media, online trade, etc.

Related to this, Mette represents clients in litigation and arbitration proceedings involving IP and marketing law.

In addition, Mette has substantial experience in drafting and negotiating commercial agreements, including distribution agreements, agency agreements and various licence, cooperation and production agreements related to IP law.

Finally, Mette is Kromann Reumert’s knowledge ambassador in the field of intellectual property law. As such, she is responsible for promoting the sharing of knowledge of the field, both internally within our organisation and with the outside world.
