Martin Thømning specialises in business transfers (M&A) and in general commercial and company law.

As adviser to a wide range of Danish and foreign business clients in connection with national and cross-border business transfers and investments, Martin has considerable experience as process and project manager.

He has previously worked with real estate and is therefore also an experienced adviser in relation to sale and purchase of business premises, construction contracts, including in particular expert opinions, and commercial and residential tenancies.

Martin is well-known for his pragmatic, dedicated and direct approach when cooperating with clients and negotiating with the other party.
