Marie offers expert advice on all company law matters, including restructurings, national and cross-border company transactions, capital structures and corporate governance. Marie also has a strong track record of assisting i.a. listed companies in connection with their general meetings, including virtual general meetings.
She is a very dedicated adviser, who takes pride in providing clients with a structured process, offering commercial and practical solutions.

- Ørsted’s divestment of its power distribution (Radius), street lighting, electricity and gas retail sales business to SEAS-NVE.
