Mariam has experience in international and cross border transactions in areas such as project finance, corporate finance, and financial restructuring.
Mariam has represented lenders, borrowers, and agents, and has been involved in projects and transactions around the world, including the UK, UAE, Ukraine, Croatia, and Romania.
Mariam joined Kromann Reumert in 2023. Before moving to Denmark, Mariam worked for the international law firm Hogan Lovells in London. Mariam completed a client secondment to Lloyds Banking Group while at Hogan Lovells.
