Henrik Thorning has specialised in real estate and construction law, providing legal advice particularly on project development, non-profit housing associations, buisiness leases and public law matters.

In addition, Henrik has extensive knowledge of all aspects of enforcement law, including debt recovery, rent collection and direct enforcement proceedings.

Henrik assists a broad range of private and public clients, including in particular municipalities and non-profit housing associations, in questions concerning lease, sale, purchase, and project development of real estate. He has been involved in a number of large urban conversion and project development matters and in matters concerning purchase and sale of municipal properties, utilising his comprehensive overview, keen eye for details, and pragmatic approach. Furthermore, Henrik provides advice on municipal, administrative and road law, including in relation to the guest principle.

Advising on matters relating to non-profit housing associations is an area of special interest and expertise.

Previously employed by the Danish Courts, Henrik has thorough knowledge of enforcement law, which he teaches at Aarhus University as an external lecturer.
