Helena Marie Antonsen

Helena works primarily with intellectual property law, notably copyright and trade mark law, product imitations, design protection, and marketing law. She advises clients, Danish and foreign alike, on rights protection and assists in transactions and the drafting of commercial contracts, including distribution agreements, licence agreements, etc. 

Helena is also greatly experienced in litigation and arbitration, especially in the field of intellectual property law. 

In addition, Helena advises all types of businesses on general corporate law, especially in relation to mergers & acquisitions and restructurings.
