Ethan Shippen specialises in commercial contracts and international trade, primarily with an emphasis on supply chain services. He also advises clients on matters pertaining to sanctions and export controls and has a well-rounded background within mergers and acquisitions.
Ethan advises on both Danish and EU-based legislation and covers various aspects of both domestic and international trade. A natural communicator, he combines a strong sense of commercial insight with well-rounded legal assessments and thus provides to-the-point recommendations.
Prior to joining Kromann Reumert in 2019, he also has experience from the public sector, including within the judiciaries as well as having served as a university lecturer (international trade law/CISG and criminal law, respectively). Today, he combines his role at Kromann Reumert with the function as an ad hoc external lecturer via some of our partners.
