Carina Czerwinski Dall

Specialised in competition law, Carina has extensive experience conducting merger control proceedings, before Danish competition authorities as well as before the European Commission. She has successfully handled cases within all aspects of competition law, i.a. abuse of a dominant position, cartels, criminal investigations, actions for compensation, and actions over distribution systems.

Carina also specialises in public procurement law and has extensive experience conducting procurement processes and complaints actions, both before the Danish Complaints Board for Public Procurement and before Danish courts.
