Anne advises both national and international clients in relation to their M&A activities, assisting in particular in due diligence processes and in planning, managing and completing transactions and drafting transaction documents.

Anne also provides general commercial and company law advice and assists in the drafting of corporate documents.

As a former insolvency and restructuring adviser, Anne also draws on her competencies in this field in her day-to-day work.
