Andreas P. F. Guldbrandsen

Andreas provides advice on business transfers and investments, focusing particularly on strategic acquisitions at sector level as well as Private Equity and Venture Capital. Furthermore, Andreas has previously been engaged in IPOs and capital markets law.

In transaction processes, Andreas' work consists primarily in conducting due diligence investigations into the corporate, contractual and commercial affairs of the relevant target companies and in recommending legal and strategic solutions based on the due diligence findings. In addition, Andreas is engaged in various general corporate law matters, including drafting of corporate documents, reorganisations, management and shareholder matters.

In his advisory work, Andreas focuses on using law as a practical tool to identify solutions to the legal and commercial challenges associated with each transaction.
