Andreas Juel Orbæk

Andreas offers advice on a broad spectrum of competition law, for example on the competition law framework for various contracts and other market activities, internal investigations, actions for damages and merger control.

Furthermore, Andreas advises contracting entities as well as tenderers on procurement law issues. His experience ranges from preliminary considerations, including obligations to tender, and implementation of the tendering process through to complaints proceedings.

Finally, Andreas is engaged in Foreign Direct Investments, advising clients on the need for filing and assisting them in the filing process.

Having previously been engaged in M&A and IT/outsourcing, Andreas draws on those skills in his daily work.
