Andreas Agervig Hansson

Andreas provides advice on insolvency law, particularly to banks and financial institutions, and handles bankruptcy estates as well as restructuring proceedings in and out of court.

Andreas is experienced in handling bankruptcies and restructuring of both large and small enterprises within a wide range of industries - including contractors, the wind turbine industry (assembly and sea transport), leasing companies and the retail industry. Andreas has gained significant experience of the restructuring process through the handling of several in-court restructuring proceedings.

Andreas is an experienced litigator in matters relating to bankruptcies, including real-estate disputes, avoidance proceedings, disqualification issues, etc. 

In addition, Andreas has been assisting liquidators in a large number of compulsory dissolution proceedings, thereby gaining knowledge of and experience in the general (compulsory dissolution) process and related legal issues.
