Hamberger Industriewerke GmbH wins patent case over jem and fix A/S
Kromann Reumert successfully assisted German industrial enterprise, Hamberger Industriewerke, with asserting its patent right against Danish DIY discount chain jem & fix.
Today, the Danish Maritime and Commercial High Court handed down a judgment permanently enjoining jem & fix from selling, marketing, importing or possessing a large number of different toilet seats infringing Hamberger's patent on a particular toilet seat assembly.
