Louise Junge

Louise advises Danish and international private equity funds, industrial clients and financial undertakings on the sale and acquisition of and investment in businesses. She assists i.a. in the due diligence process and in the negotiations of transfer and investment agreements.

Louise also provides general company law advice, including in connection with mergers, demergers, and capital increases.

Finally, Louise has extensive experience in finance law as adviser on projects involving debt finance, including acquisition financing, cross-border financing, bridge financing, ship financing, and general loan financing.
