The Danish rental company CP ApS has been sold to the Zeppelin Group
Kromann Reumert advises the seller of one of the leading Danish rental companies, CP ApS, in connection with the sale to the Zeppelin Gruppen.
CP ApS is a specialist in the rental of equipment for construction sites, including sheds in particular, but is also active in the rental of construction machinery, lifts as well as management and planning of construction sites.
The transaction is subject to approval by the Danish Competition and Consumer Auhtority and is expected to close in the first half of 2023.
