OneFiber by GlobalConnect acquires Wizer's fiber-to-the-home infrastructure
The Northern European fiber-based data communication and data center services provider OneFiber by GlobalConnect has acquired the Danish internet service provider Wizer's (Gigabit) FTTH infrastructure in Denmark. We have assisted GlobalConnect on the transaction.
OneFiber by GlobalConnect expands its presence in the Nordic countries by acquiring Wizer's Danish physical fiber-to-the-home infrastructure comprising approx. 20,000 households.
We have assisted GlobalConnect with the transaction, which is expected to complete in May 2022.
