Lincoln Electric, a global leader within the welding industry, has acquired 100 % of the shares in Inrotech A/S, a Danish company specialising in advanced welding automation for heavy industries. We have advised Lincoln Electric on the matter.
Inrotech A/S is a system integration and technology firm specializing in automated welding systems that are differentiated by proprietary adaptive intelligence software and computer vision which guides and optimizes the welding process without the need for programming or the use of CAD files.
