Kromann Reumert assists CapMan Real Estate and Agat Ejendomme in the divestment of Ringsted Outlet Center
CapMan Real Estate and Agat Ejendomme have since 2016 been active in establishing and developing Ringsted Outlet Center in a 50/50 joint venture. The joint venture has now divested Ringsted Outlet Center to the value-add fund Patrizia TransEuropean VII.
Kromann Reumert has assisted CapMan Real Estate and Agat Ejendomme throughout the process, including in conducting the vendor due diligence and in the negotiating and drafting the transaction documents.
