Kromann Reumert assisted the Managers in connection with a private placement in HusCompagniet

On 23 May 2023, HusCompagniet A/S (HusCompagniet) announced the launch of a private placement of approximately 3,500,000 new shares, at a price to be determined through an accelerated book-building process. The private placement, which was completed on the same date, was priced at DKK 59 per share. 

HusCompagniet intends to use the net proceeds from the placement to strengthen its capital structure, establish longterm financing and support the future development of the business. On the same date of the launch of the private placement, HusCompagniet announced that it had entered into a new facilities agreement for the purpose of refinancing its existing indebtedness, which was subject to the completion of the private placement.

Kromann Reumert has assisted Danske Bank A/S and Nordea Danmark, Filial af Nordea Bank Abp, Finland, who acted as Joint Global Coordinators and Joint Bookrunners in connection with the private placement.
