Kromann Reumert advises Procuritas in connection with its divestment of Dantherm Group
Kromann Reumert has advised the Swedish capital fund Procuritas and minority shareholders with the sale of Dantherm Group to Deutsche Beteiligungs AG (DBAG).
The Dantherm Group is a leading provider of climate control products and solutions with more than 60 years of experience in designing and manufacturing high quality and energy efficient equipment for heating, cooling, drying and ventilation.

The transaction is subject to required regulatory approvals.
