Kromann Reumert advises on the sale of Glycom to DSM
Danish biotech company Glycom, which produces HMOs (human milk oligosaccharides) i.a. for use in infant nutrition, has been sold to Royal DSM for EUR 765 million.
Kromann Reumert advised Glycom’s shareholders (Nestlé, Danica and others) on the sale.
