Kromann Reumert advises on green financing of Polish windfarms

Kromann Reumert has advised EKF Denmark’s Export Credit Agency on the PLN 350 million financing of wind farms developed by DIF Capital Partners funds in Grajewo and Sulmierzyce in Poland with a total capacity of 63.1 MW. Other than EKF, the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development and DNB Bank ASA are finance parties on the project granting a facility to Polish subsidiaries of DIF Capital Partners for the acquisition, development and operation of the windfarms.

We have advised EKF throughout the process drafting, negotiating and executing finance documents.

The wind farm projects in Grajewo and Sulmierzyce will generate more than 182.4 GWh of electricity a year being renewable zero-carbon, which will save 140,000 tons carbon emission per year and therefore take part in the green transition in Poland.
