Kromann Reumert advises major shareholders in connection with their sale of shares in Sanistål A/S

Kromann Reumert has advised Danske Bank A/S, Nordea Bank Abp, Jyske Bank A/S and Nykredit Bank A/S, who jointly holds approximately 75 % of the Shares in Sanistål A/S, in connection with the sale of their shares to Ahlsell.

Immediately after signing of share purchase agreements with the banks, Ahlsell published its decision to make a voluntary, recommended offer to the minority shareholders of Sanistål A/S.

Kromann Reumert's core team consisted of Jeppe Buskov, Jens Munk Plum, Agnes Navntoft, Carina Dall and Christian Rode Røygaard.
