Kromann Reumert has advised EKF in the process as ECA coverage provider in, inter alia, in negotiating and preparing relevant finance documents and guarantee. The finance documents were mainly governed by English law and the financing structure (and size) is unique for the Polish market being a significant step towards more renewable energy in Poland. The funds will be used for developing, building and operating the six projects and will be part of the green transition in Poland.
