European Energy enters joint venture to secure greener heating in the UK
The Danish renewables company European Energy has entered a heat pump joint venture, European Energy Heating, together with UK company Pure Renewables in a large-scale move to enter UK heating market. Kromann Reumert has assisted European Energy in the process.
Most UK homes and commercial buildings are heated by fossil fueled boilers. By this joint venture, European Energy plans to make UK homes and commercial buildings sustainably heated using electric heat pumps.
European Energy Heating will deliver large-scale electric heat pumps systems for commercial uses such as district heating networks, public buildings, schools, hospitals, and horticulture.
Kromann Reumert has assisted European Energy during the entire process.
