Arne Møllin Ottosen is new chairman of the board of directors of Kromann Reumert
Arne Møllin Ottosen has been appointed new chairman of the Kromann Reumert board of directors as of 1 January 2020. He takes over the chair in replacement of Erik Bertelsen, who on the same occasion resigned from the board of directors, having served the maximum term of three years.
One of the most highly regarded tax lawyers in the country, Arne specialises in corporate taxation, tax litigation, and company and commercial law matters.
Arne is the head of Kromann Reumert’s tax law department and served as Managing Partner of our firm from January 2014 to June 2019.
Arne is joined by Christian Jul Madsen as new members to the board, replacing Erik Bertelsen and Flemming Horn Andersen, both of whom have resigned from the board, having served the maximum term of three years.
On Kromann Reumert’s board of directors as of 1 January 2020 are: Arne Møllin Ottosen (chairman), Thomas Kaas, Christina Bruun Geertsen, Teis Gullitz-Wormslev and Christian Jul Madsen.
