Tugba Karacan
Tugba advises on IPR, in particular trademarks, designs, domains, copyright, and product imitations.
Tugba assists Danish and international clients in cases involving IPR, including the protection and enforcement of proprietary rights. She also offers IPR-related advice in relation to transfer, licence and co-existence agreements.
Tugba receives particular acclaim for her understanding of the international aspects of IPR which she has gained from her work on international cases and her membership of distinguished international organisations. Her international network includes a large number of renowned IPR specialists.
Tugba has also extensive experience working with trademark and design portfolios.
